Chalkboard paint and color coding—what a great idea!  This is the second half of our kitchen concept (the other half being the French Cafe inspired part–see previous post).  All the walls were painted chalkboard and our product was neatly stack, shelved, and organized by color.  LOVE IT.

All signage was done with chalk as well as some kitchen wall art.  I especially love those cake stands and colanders!  There were a few details of chalkboard painted objects as well.

On our apron wall we had a spot for our fun magnetic timers to stick to the wall and all our aprons (and some measuring spoon sets) were hanging on pipe mounted to the wall.

Look at those colors!

We have a whole pegboard wall dedicated to our wonderful Mr. & Mrs. Mugs (with a few measuring spoons and pot holders).  If you don’t already have a set, you should definitely go pick up your initials because they are inexpensive and really great.  They make great personalized gifts too!

Our table setting had some more chalkboard details.  Cute!

More aprons, oven mitts, and chalkboard objects

And here is the overall view of our little room so you can get the gist of how it’s all laid out.

This concept was so much fun to do!  I couldn’t have built those shelves with out the extra hands of Alexis from the Irvine store, so thank you, Alexis!

It’s me again. I’m dying of cuteness the further I explore your blog. This is over the top! Love it so much. Would love to read about your day to day work and how often displays are replaced. I can’t imagine any of these beautiful pieces being stored away!
